• Take 200 liters of water and add 20 liters Desi Cow Urine, 2 KG Desi Cow Dung, 200 GMS of Turmeric Powder, 500 GMS of Ginger paste, 10 gm of Asafœtida (Inguva).
• Stir the mixture in clock wise direction, cover it with gunny bag and keep it in shadow for whole night.
• Next day morning make Tobacco powder of 1 KG Tobacco leaves.
• Make paste of 1KG hot green chilli and 500 GMS of local Garlic separately.
• Add Tobacco powder, hot green chilli paste and local Garlic paste to above mixture and stir it in clock wise direction. Cover it with gunny bag and keep it in shadow for 24 hours.
• After 24 hours add 10 of 23 verities of leaves as mentioned above in pieces form.(Serial Number 10 to 32 of Ingredients section). They are arranged in serial based on their Alkaloids content (High to low). Preferably take first 5 verities of leaves mandatorily and then take any 5 other leaves based on their availability in your area.
• Ensure that all the leaves gets submerged into the mixture. Stir it in clockwise direction, Cover it with gunny bag and keep it in a shadow. Avoid sunlight and rain water. Keep it for 40 days.
• Stir it twice a day for one minute each in clock wise direction.
• After 40 days filter it with a cloth and store it in a container in a shadow. Ensure that sunlight or rain water does not fall on it.

We should not use grinder or mixture to make the leaves paste. Paste should be made using hand and stone. These leaves have Alkaloids and they are volatile in nature, if we use Grinder or mixture to make the paste due to heat the alkaloids may get evaporated.

Spray 200 liters of water plus 4 to 6 liters of Dasha Parni Kashayam per acre
