Job Requirements :

1) Should have passion to do agriculture.

2)Need to have basic educational background ie should have passed minimum 10th class.

3) Should have good communication skills.

4) Must be able to Read,Write and Speak English .

5) Should be a good team player , quick learner and zeal to learn new things.

4) Should have basic computer knowledge.

5) Responsible for observing and reporting plants growth, pests,funguses and viruses attacks.

6) Training will be provided for 2 years .It is mandatory to stay in the farm for this period.

Training to be provided :

1) Will provide Training in following aspects.

Hands on training will be provided in Natural farming.
Training on growing multiple crops ie planning,spacing ,marking,bed preparation and planting techniques will be provided.
Training on infrastructure related to farming will be provided.
Training on Drip planning and operations will be provided.
Training on Farm Mechanization planning and usage will be provided.
Training on plants thinking,pruning will be provided.
Hands on training in Preparing of Jeeva Amrutham ,Ghana Jeeva Amrutham , Pesticides , Fungicides and other Micro bacterial ,micro nutrients will be provided.
Hands on training in operating Small Tractors , big tractors.

Facilities

2) Should have 3-5 Years of Experience electrical and Motor Field.
3) Good to have Plumbing experience.
4) Should be highly motivated in Designing and installing new Electrical equipment.

5) Should be responsible for Public relations like Govt & Village level officials.
6) Identifying Strenghts, Weakness,Oppurtunities and Treats and effectivley communicate to management.
7) Responsible for Marketing of Farm produce.
8) Should Stay at Farm only.
9) Responsible for all infrastructural development and maintainace.

11) Should be proficient in English /Telugu and Hindi Speaking.
